Description

SUMMARY

As pointed by @mariolenz in https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.proxysql/issues/176#issuecomment-3348149125, the GHA workflow related to plugins fail and it looks ancient. I've just disabled it.

This collection focuses on modules. Should we deprecate, remove, or move out the role from this collection?

If we think it should stay there, I'll enable the workflow and we should raise an issue asking contributors to fix CI and the role itself if needed.
