Research direction
Start in the V2 app's session timeline where the session header visibility is decided, and trace the condition used before title generation. Verify the behavior for a persisted session with an ID, a draft without an ID, and an error-only first request. Done means the header appears once an ID exists while drafts remain unchanged.

Description
Description
A new persisted session can have a session ID before it has a generated title. The session timeline hides its header during this state. This changes the timeline layout while the first response runs and removes access to header actions. An error-only session can remain in this state.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new session in the V2 app.
- Submit the first prompt.
- Observe the timeline before title generation finishes, or make the first request fail before a title is generated.
Actual behavior
The session header is hidden while the persisted session has no title.
Expected behavior
Show the session header as soon as the session has an ID. Keep drafts without a session ID unchanged.
