CSV is undefined when using requireJS

Description

I'm not sure what the proper fix for this, but if you inserted this one line before line 484 of imported.js, it starts working:

var CSV = require('csv');

Again, not sure if this is a proper fix. Someone who knows a bit more about requireJS should comment.
