Description

For both one and two way partial dependence plots, the subplots have inconsistent axis labeling. e.g. the x-axis labels are present for all three subplots but the y-axis labels are only present on the top-left subplot.

This should be fixed to either be:

  1. All subplots have both labels.
  2. The y-axis labels are present for the left subplots and the x-axis labels are present for the bottom subplots.

I suggest option 2 with a bit of experimentation to tighten up the white space in between the subplots.

Find the partial dependence plotting function in the EvalML codebase. Modify the subplot axis labeling to show y axis labels only on leftmost subplots and x axis labels only on bottommost subplots using matplotlib's `ax.set ylabel()` and `ax.set xlabel()` conditionally.
