Description

The GUI needs translations on all hardcoded strings - maybe we could use the OS' set language (or perhaps navigator.language?).

To be discussed what Intl library should be used.

Research direction
Research popular JavaScript i18n libraries (e.g., i18next, react intl). Evaluate their features, bundle size, and ease of use for a browser based UI. Consider using navigator.language for language detection. Open a discussion to propose the chosen library and then implement wrapping hardcoded strings in translation functions.
