Description

Currently, free-text fields in the CDA Importer can exceed 255 characters, which can lead to storage issues in the i2b2 database. To address this, we need to either restrict the character limit of free-text fields to 255 or, alternatively, store longer free-text content as a BLOB in i2b2.
