Every akka.net packages are 1.4.7.

Windows 2019 + VS2019 + F# Interactive version 10.9.1.0 for F# 4.7

Reproduce

The error is:

Transient association error (association remains live). Cannot find serializer with id [13] (manifest [BA]). The most probable reason is that the configuration entry 'akka.actor.serializers' is not in sync between the two systems.
