There's a lot of slop and this will hopefully encourage people think before posting.

Describe the solution you'd like

SSIA. It should be possible to implement a PoC based on GHA.

Closing spam manually.

Research direction
Examine existing templates under `.github/` in the aiohttp repository. Review recent closed PRs that did not follow templates to understand common violations. Then design a GitHub Actions workflow that checks the body of issues and pull requests against the expected template structure and closes them if they do not match. Consider using `actions/github script` to implement the logic. Also check the current assignees' progress on the issue to avoid duplicate work.
