Add support for running an extend benchmark with longer warmup and measurement times.
Initially add an option to select 'default' or 'extended' benchmark in the github action benchmark workflow, with extended running with warmup iteration time of 20s and measurement iteration time of 10s.
'deafault' runs with the defaults and is the default setting.
