[Bug]: Scheduled split transfers do not show as upcoming transactions on destination accounts

Description

What happened?

I have a recurring split transaction scheduled for my itemized paychecks. After recording my deductions, the remaining balance of the gross transfers to my savings account.

Expected: When looking at my savings account, HSA account, or Pension account upcoming scheduled transactions, I should see the inbound transfers and corresponding balance increases.

Actual: The inbound scheduled transfers do not appear on the accounts. When the scheduled transaction posts, the transfers show as expected. This is only an issue for transfers that are a child of a scheduled split transaction. Normal scheduled transfers show as expected.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Create a scheduled transaction with multiple splits, with at least one split being a transfer to another account.
  2. From either All Accounts or the transfer destination account, look for the upcoming transfer.
  3. If in All Accounts, only the source transaction (parent and child transactions) will be visible. If in the destination account, no upcoming transaction is visible.

Look in the codebase for functions that handle upcoming transaction queries, particularly those that filter by account. Check if the child transfers are missing from the destination account's upcoming list because they are not being included in the query or are being filtered out.
