Describe the bug Failed to extract files from KutoolsforExcelSetup.msi

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download the KutoolsforExcelSetup.msi
  2. Select All and Extract files from KutoolsforExcelSetup.msi
  3. See error
