Describe the bug
When viewing a 'Passed' (but not 'Executed') governance proposal in the AIP forum at https://app.aave.coom/governance, there is an incorrect text-stamp showing that the payload has been executed, despite non-execution.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://app.aave.com/governance'
  2. Click on any proposal with the 'Passed' status
  3. Scroll down to 'Proposal Details' -> expand 'Payloads Executed'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Text stamp should read either:

  • "Payload not executed"
  • "Payload execution ETA: [timestamp]"
