We have endpoints right now, but they don't present the data very well.

Examine the existing REST API endpoints in the PHPUnit test reporter repository. Identify how data is currently returned and propose enhancements to make the response structure clearer, more consistent, and user friendly, such as adding proper field naming, pagination, or nested relationships.
