Open the Theme Tags handbook page and review the Features tags section, especially the custom-menu description. Rewrite the affected tag descriptions so they accurately cover both classic and block themes. Done means the page descriptions no longer assume classic-theme-only support and address the reported block-theme use case.

Description
The theme tags description is not written for block themes. We need to adjust those tags descriptions which will cover both classic and block themes.
Issue Description
For example, custom-menu tag has description of Support custom menus, use register_nav_menu()/register_nav_menus(), and wp_nav_menu() . But the block theme also supports the logo and that tag can use in the block theme.
We need to rewrite the description of those tags.
