Description

When uploading jingles and beds through Show Planner, the created date can be set to the future to "Schedule" them, so they won't appear until this date. The UI should have an option to set this.

Also, it would seem the expiry date picker doesn't match the same date format as the database. Tends to make jingles disappear too many months early or too many months late!
