Description

When a new member signs up through /getinvolved, 2016-site subscribes them to mailing lists based on which interests they selected. However, who's picked which interests isn't visible anywhere except the database (they can all be emailed, but it may be desirable to reach out to them through means other than email).

We should come up with a user-friendly (and GDPR-compliant) way of showing this information. Could be as simple as a page only accessible to committee / heads of teams.
