Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the Dependency Viewer and search extension code, then reproduce the issue with Unity UI Toolkit UXML documents and USS files that reference a package. Done means Used By dependency results include those references while preserving existing built-in asset dependency handling.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Issue:
When looking at Used By dependencies inside the Dependency Viewer the package does not find references which have been made in UI Toolkit uxml UI Documents (and uss files probably too).

An asset that manages to do this is Asset Usage Detector from the Asset Store, but that asset is quite a bit slower and less well integrated.

Expectation:
search extensions and dependency viewer should be compatible with at least all Unity built in files and asset dependencies.
