Steps to reproduce

Download a youtube file confirmed to have 5.1 audio as an option: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4tFjmYeQl4

No matter which options selected, audio is returned as Stereo

Details

In the past, downloading as a WEBM would preserve the 5.1 AC3 audio, whereas now all options just return stereo tracks
