Description

Found during the 28 Jul QA: /chat has its own header, its own logo treatment, and its own theme-toggle placement, diverging from every other page. Bring it under the shared Header/shell (DESIGN.md: one system). Severity: cosmetic but it reads as a different product. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
