Description

From the frontend, users should be able to deactivate venues and add a note as to why we are no longer working with them.

Find the frontend component that displays venues. Add a deactivation button and a note input field. Check if there is an existing API endpoint for updating venues; if not, create one to handle deactivation and note. Ensure the backend model has a deactivated flag and note field.
