Four verbal commitments to the ACO and the practice with no tracked form (incl. the occupational-clinic opening)

Begin with the four commitments listed here, then read ROADMAP §7.1 and LOCKED §4A, decision 6, to preserve the existing dependency and occupational-content status. Done means all four commitments are recorded in a place that is read, the demo scope or prerequisite is visible, and the occupational-health opportunity has an explicit queue decision.

Four commitments were made verbally across the 2026-08-27 and 2026-09-09 sessions and exist in no tracked form. None is code; all four decay silently, which is why they are in one issue rather than none.

1. A demo of AI-assisted order-set generation to the ACO. Offered on the 2026-09-09 call. Worth knowing before it is scheduled that the claim as made on the call outruns what ships: AI-assisted CQL authoring from regulation text is real (ai/ai-assist.ts, measure/measure-authoring.ts, #47), but building an order pick list from value-set membership does not exist — order/order-catalog.ts carries one representative code for cms122 and cms125 and nothing at all for cms130, cms165, cms2 and cms137, and the CDS suggestion path is gated to three approved terminology mappings so neither routed pilot measure produces a suggestion. Either the demo is scoped to what exists, or the pick-list work happens first — and that work is blocked on MIE's order-mapping documentation (ROADMAP §7.1), owed since 2026-08-27.
2. A follow-up networking call "towards the end of the month."
3. An on-site visit in December, with the ACO's operations lead joining.
4. Occupational-health collaboration. The ACO runs direct-care and occupational clinics, and named it as an opening. This is the one place where M-E1 — the occupational content pack, deferred behind M-M but explicitly not cancelled (LOCKED §4A, decision 6) — has a named customer rather than a thesis. It is the company's stated long-term differentiator meeting an actual buyer, and it is recorded nowhere.

Owner-ops. Nothing here is buildable; the ask is that the four are visible in a place that is read, so a commitment is kept or consciously dropped rather than forgotten. (4) additionally deserves a decision: it may be worth more than its current position in the queue implies.
