Context

docs/GAP_ANALYSIS.md defers automated session reminders as post-MVP, while WhatsApp-first operations currently rely on manual templates.

  • Decide whether MVP 0.2 uses automated reminders or a stricter manual reminder workflow.
  • If automated: implement scheduling/delivery mechanism with opt-out/failure handling.
  • If manual: add admin surfaces that make upcoming 1-hour reminders obvious and fast to send.
  • Document operational ownership and timing.
