Description

This is not a bug but just a small user experience improvement.

When we get the status of execution using the st2 cli time is mentioned in seconds it would be nice to print time in a user-friendly format.

ex: running (339s elapsed), could be: running (5m39s elapsed)

I'll try to make a pr with the changes if its okay.

Research direction
Explore the st2 CLI codebase to find where elapsed time is displayed. Look for files related to command execution status output, possibly in the 'st2client' directory. The current format uses seconds; change it to a human readable format like '5m39s'. Test the change locally. Check if there are any existing tests for this functionality.
