core postprocessing

Iv'e encountered a few cases where the computation of a SortingAnalyzer fail, leading to a None value in the extension dict. This cause an issue in the zarr or folder case since that said extension can't be deleted. Maybe we can add a basic safeguard to be able to delete or overwrite this kind of failed extension ?
