Description

Use Makefile to ease up running tests and starting scripts, so that running an app doesnt require any prior knowledge of the technologies used.

Proposed form: make run-db -> runs only db container make run-app -> runs only app conatiner make run -> runs make run-app and make run-db make close-db -> closes only db container make close-app -> closes only app conatiner make close -> closes app and db make test-unit -> runs only unit tests make tests -> runs all existing tests

etc. for other functionalities
