Add Resource Page for Placement Preparation

We would like to enhance the DSA-Checklist project by adding a new feature: a Resource Page dedicated to providing various resources for placement preparation. This feature will benefit users by consolidating valuable resources in one place, making it easier for them to prepare effectively.

Feature Requirements:

1. Resource Page: Create a new page within the application that lists various resources for placement preparation.
2. Resource Categories: The page should categorize resources into sections such as:
   • Books: Recommended books for placement preparation.
   • Websites: Useful websites and online platforms for practice and study.
   • Videos: Links to educational videos and tutorials.
   • Tools: Tools and software that can aid in preparation.
3. Resource Links: Each resource should have a title, description, and link to the resource.
4. Search and Filter: Implement a search bar and filtering options to help users find resources quickly.
5. Responsive Design: Ensure the page is mobile-friendly and adjusts well on different screen sizes.

Additional Notes:

• Please follow the existing design language and UI/UX guidelines of the application to maintain consistency.
• Consider adding a feature for users to submit their own resources or suggest edits to existing ones.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the current project pages.
2. Observe the lack of a dedicated page for placement preparation resources.
3. Notice the potential benefit of having a consolidated resource page.
