Is your feature request related to a problem? Sometimes pagination dots are below the fold for tall carousels and/or small displays

Describe the solution you'd like Would we add an option to allow pagination dots at the top and/or the bottom? My current use case would require both top and bottom.

Research direction
The issue requests a prop to control positioning of pagination dots (top or bottom). Review the current pagination component at `Pagination.vue` and the main carousel logic in `Carousel.vue`. Check the 4 comments for any additional discussion on implementation details. The maintainers have not responded, so a proposed implementation should include a new prop, say `paginationPosition`, and adjust the CSS accordingly. Ensure backward compatibility, e.g., default to bottom.
