SCPDOS/DOSLIBC

A collection of freestanding low-level SCP/DOS libraries written for MSVC and GCC, including makefiles and linker scripts with descriptions on how to compile. Currently, the makefiles target x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc only. Provided libraries can be linked into MSVC projects too. Two example programs are provided with build scripts
