Description

Right now ripmes UI and log are English only, some work should be put in to translate them into various other languages (I say we should start with Spanish as that seems to ripme current largest non-English userbase)

Investigate the current UI and log strings in the codebase, identify the i18n framework (if any) or implement one using Java ResourceBundle, then extract strings into property files and create Spanish translations as a starting point.
