Description

I think we need to create an issue with a checklist for each new version of react native so we can track what is missing in react-native-mock to use the latest version

Contributor guide

Research direction
Investigate the current version of react native mock and compare with the latest React Native release to identify missing APIs. Then implement a script to automate this comparison.
