Suggestion Description

Basically i wish to package and distribute the software on AUR(arch linux user repository) but for it, and to avoid weird nomenclatures and setups i would require some tags/release artifacts.

It would be great if there were tar's under releases as i could target specific versions instead of hoping there weren't any minor corrections on some branch and also because i dont known if i can publish a package that relies on git to build without following the exact procedure for git
