Detailed Description

The Demo Browser is not launching when clicking the edit button if the editor is PyCharm 2026.2.

It was working correctly on older versions. The workaround, for now, is to remove the use of the line number when invoking the editor. It's the line number parameter in particular that seems to be causing the failure.

The Demo Browser in this repo has been updated to remove the line number and the Demo Browser in the psgdemos repo has been updated. It's not been released to PyPI yet.
