Small inconsistencies between staging and production (like tooltips and color tweaks) are often only noticed late, leading to a lag in fixes.

Implement a label-triggered GitHub agent that can:
- Use a "can be picked by AI" label on issues.
- Read the issue and make minor changes (tooltip, color tweaks).
- Raise a PR, with an option for auto-merging.
