Bad display of the head of the module's page after resizing the screen

Expected behavior

The head of page should be well displayed when resizing the screen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. GO to BO>Modules>Module manager
  2. Confugre ps_customtext module
  3. Resize the screen to 425x878
  4. See error image The issue is not present in 1.7.7.8 image
