Visual Studio Integration - Error in PSES

Start with PsesInternalHost.CurrentFrame and CurrentRunspace, then trace SymbolsService.FindSymbolDetailsAtLocationAsync for the textDocument/hover request. Reproduce the Visual Studio integration with PSES 3.3.1 and VS 17.1.5, using the PSES and Visual Studio logs; done when hover and IntelliSense no longer fail with an empty Stack.

I'm seeing an error in PSES when integrating with VS. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my integration or with PSES. PSScriptAnaylzer is showing suggestions but IntelliSense doesn't work.
