Is your feature request related to a problem?

When looking at the list of persons in a cohort, you have to configure the table anew every time you open the cohort page.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can persist the people's table column configuration per cohort.

Examine how column configurations are currently stored in local state. Review existing persistence patterns like user preferences (e.g., in user models or local storage). Look at the cohort persons list component (likely in frontend/src/scenes/cohorts/) to understand the current UI. Design a simple API endpoint to save and retrieve column configuration per cohort, referencing similar endpoints for cohort settings. Check backend models for Cohort and Person to see if a column config field can be added.
