Description

Describe the event source. What app is this for, and what event does the trigger correspond to? Trigger an event when a new forum thread is created in a forum channel. We have our discord setup for our users to report bugs. This trigger would be nice to auto create an issue on github or others services.

Research direction
Look at existing Discord event sources in the Pipedream repository (e.g., for message or channel events) to understand the component pattern. Study the Discord API documentation for forum threads, particularly the THREAD CREATE event. Implement a new source that subscribes to this event, extracts thread details, and emits them as an event. Test with a Discord bot token in a test server.
