API docs at https://connect.booking.com/user_guide/site/en-US/# This is blocked until we get Booking.com Connectivity API integrated first https://github.com/PipedreamHQ/pipedream/issues/3996 which is not possible for they are not open to new partnerships at the moment of creating this issue.
