Reproduce the discrepancy with an empty build by adding Nightblade to a supported active skill and enabling Elusive in Configuration. Start from the Nightblade support-gem calculation and the Calcs view; done means PoB applies the in-game 138% Crit Multi instead of 95%.

...while in PoB Calcs we see its just 95% applies
