Issue Description

Wrenching or unwrenching anchors the painting but also bashes it with the wrench.

What did you expect to happen?

Wrenching and unwrenching just to anchor the painting and not damage it.

What happened instead?

Bonk

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Heritics are damaging their precious unique paintings every time they relocate their gallery.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Create an unsealed_art through heretic magic or admin tools. Wrench it down. Bonk. Unwrench it. Bonk. Examine painting. Slightly damaged.

When did the problem start happening?

Probably always.

I think this is just calling the default behavior and the fasten/unfasten behaviors instead of just the latter.
