Description

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to smack someone with the jug to hear the funny noise it makes.

What happened instead?

Nothing happens no matter what intent, nor does the cap or amount of reagents contained make it work either.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Bugs are bad

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Acquire a Nutrimax vendor. Get one of the jugs doesnt matter which one. Attempt to hit a mob with it in melee. The melee works on things that are not mobs but doing that doesnt make the funny 'sound/weapons/jug_empty_impact.ogg'
