Research direction
Examine the linked HERC PRs (https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/pull/2339 and https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/pull/2353) for implementation details. Review OpenKore's existing shop handling code, likely in src/Network/Receive/ServerType*.pm, to understand how to integrate barter shops. The issue image shows the barter shop UI, so replicate that functionality by extending the packet parsing and state machine.
