Bug Description

When creating an LLM Profile and selecting Authentication > ChatGPT subscription, an error message appears in the box where the button to connect ChatGPT should be:

 "Subscription status is unavailable. Upgrade the agent server to a version with subscription auth endpoints."

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to create a new LLM Profile  2. Select Authentication > ChatGPT subscription  3. Observe the error message in the connection box

Actual Behavior

The error message "Subscription status is unavailable. Upgrade the agent server to a version with subscription auth endpoints." is displayed and clicking the button does nothing.

Expected Behavior

A button to connect ChatGPT should work, allowing the user to authenticate with their ChatGPT subscription.
