Bug Description

The diff view is stale--it's showing a diff after changes were committed and pushed. diff disappears after clicking the refresh button

seems like we're not staying in sync for some reason

Steps to Reproduce

  • make changes to a code base
  • see diff
  • have the agent commit and push
  • diff still visible

diff still visible

Expected Behavior

diff goes back to empty after commit
