Description

Add coding styles and standards for a particular language

Note: This is expected to be the followed standard for Cosmos in near future so, this is an important scope of contribution

Location: guides/coding_style/

For instance, the coding style for Java should be placed in the Java folder in a file named style.md

The readme.md is expected to contain a brief history or description of the languages
