Description

We have to make tests on that to confirm, the problem this causes is trying to perform surgery. But it's really weird, being Ko'd is the same as resting.

Research direction
Investigate how resting and KO states are implemented in the game code, particularly how they interact with bed layering. Look for code that handles the 'resting' and 'critical' statuses and how they affect the mob's layer or icon. Reproduce the bug by testing surgery on a KO'd or crit person lying on a bed. Check if there is existing test code for such scenarios.
