Description

The NuGet Package Visualizer has been removed since VS 2015.

This is a task to track the progress to bring it back and implement it for Package Reference.

Research the old NuGet Package Visualizer (removed in VS 2015) and understand how to implement a similar tool for PackageReference. Look at existing NuGet UI extensions and VS SDK documentation.
