Context
In the Activate Work Package modal, the start date field currently defaults to the next Monday rather than the actual current date. We want it to default to today instead (still fully editable, since sometimes a work package actually started earlier and someone's activating it late).
Task
Change the default value of the start date field in the Activate modal from "next Monday" to today.
Acceptance Criteria
- When the Activate modal opens, the start date field shows today's date by default.
- The field is still editable to any date.
- Resetting the form (closing/reopening) still shows today, not a stale value.
