Description

When running the release build we should automatically update the release assets so that the standalone jar is consistently available. Right now that is a manual process and is often forgotten.

Review the current release workflow in the repository's GitHub Actions or build scripts. Identify where the standalone jar is built. Then, set up a workflow to upload that jar to the release page upon tag creation.
