Research direction

Start with examples/io_uring.cpp at the linked lines and search the repository for exec::schedule_after(). Then inspect the scheduler implementations and MSVC or MinGW support paths to determine whether the operation is available; done means documenting the supported platforms or identifying the missing support clearly.
